As the weather gets colder and the nights draw in, the season of coughs and colds begins. The changes of seasons is the perfect opportunity to build up your body’s natural defences and recalibrate your eating habits.

That’s why I have created this super simple, mix-and-match, flavourful menu, which is the perfect eating plan for those in need of seasonal inspiration and want to approach the winter months eating well, feeling well and looking well. It will be the only eating plan you need for the Autumn months.

For optimal results I recommend following the plan 80-90% of the time, and booking in with me for your first coaching consultation on the phone as soon as possible for an uplifting session to get focussed on what’s important to you about your health this Autumn and how to make the plan work for you and your lifestyle.
