And I will equip you with simple, delicious meal plans, advise on eating out and on the go, and help you discover the power of eating mindfully.
Using an holistic 360° framework, we’ll also consider the broader impact of your work-play balance, stress load and emotional wellbeing on your energy resources, so you can take positive steps forward to address any weak areas we identify. This might mean addressing old habits and dampening the flames where things are over-geared, and adding spark to areas that need more focus.
I will guide you to some simple but effective stress-management and relaxation techniques to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (support you in ‘rest and digest’), as well as help you look at your circadian rhythm and sleep hygiene - sleep being another vital and interconnected component of health and energy.
In some instances, we may use clinical tests, such as those highlighted below, to achieve a deeper insight into the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms and help guide our approach to supporting your energy. If appropriate, we may complement your personalised dietary approach with a supportive therapeutic supplement plan.
As you will appreciate, everyone is different and dependent on how long you’ve had energy imbalances and their severity, the timeframe to restore you to optimal energy may be shorter or longer. My aim is always to help you feel comprehensively supported through the process.
