This might mean addressing old habits: dampening the flames where things are over-geared and adding spark to areas that need more attention!
I will coach you through the steps you can take to address any weak areas we identify and introduce you to simple but effective stress-management and relaxation techniques that will bring essential ‘recovery time’ to your day, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (support you in ‘rest and digest’) and help bring your body back to balance.
In some instances, we may use clinical tests, such as those highlighted below, to achieve a deeper insight into the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms and help guide our approach to supporting your energy. If appropriate, we may complement your personalised dietary approach with a supportive therapeutic supplement plan.
