  • I work with people with a variety of nutrition and food-related concerns, however, the focus is helping people to cultivate a healthier connection with food and their bodies.

Some of my clients have a difficult relationship with food, with challenges such as chronic dieting, over-eating or emotional eating.

Gut health is another area of special interest to me and many of my clients have digestive/gut-related concerns including IBS and bloating.

I also support concerns around food and mood, stress, anxiety, tiredness, blood sugar dysregulation, and menopause.

My approach to nutrition and eating behaviour is personalised and holistic, valuing my clients’ physical and emotional wellbeing.

Please have a look at my private support programmes here.

  • I am a fully qualified, Registered Nutritional Therapist. Please check-out full details about my qualifications and further training here>

I am registered with a number of professional bodies including BANT and CNHC and have full professional indemnity insurance.

  • One-to-one support typically involves a comprehensive evaluation of your diet, lifestyle, medical history, current health status and understanding of your relationship with food. Our first session is typically 2-hours.

Assessment may include laboratory tests to identify nutrition deficiencies, food sensitivities, gut function and other biomarkers of health.

We will work together collaboratively to agree a personalised framework that includes dietary recommendations, natural supplements, and lifestyle modifications to support your goals.

My approach is multi-disciplinary so our session may include intuitive eating counselling and skills. nutritional guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and behaviour change coaching.

Time together in consultation is spent reviewing progress and refining our approach.  Consultations are up-to 1-hour and check-ins are about 20 minutes.

Each person’s journey is entirely unique and may take time, particularly when working on food mindset, eating habits and emotional connection with food, or health concerns are more complex.

Online consultations take place via video link within my Practice Better client hub.

This is a secure platform through which we can also share information, forms, follow-up notes, bookings and includes a private messenger service so I can continue to support you and answer questions in between sessions.

  • I am always keen to have a preliminary conversation with anyone who is interested in working together.

It’s important I feel confident that I’m the right person to help you with your specific challenges, and that you work with a practitioner with whom you connect.

You can book a complimentary 20-minute Enquiry Call with me here to discuss your needs or please feel free to email me at sarah@gutreaction.co.uk

You can discuss your health requirements in complete confidence and ensure that you have all the information you need to make a well-informed choice.

  • I understand why you might be unsure. Online nutrition support is a relatively new thing, but rest assured, the support you will receive is no different to what I would provide in a clinic setting. Plus, many find the convenience of online support a real bonus.

  • Not weekends, but do I work a couple of weekday evenings, and offer 8am sessions too. I’m flexible about appointment timings so please just ask.

My regular hours are Monday afternoons, Tuesday evenings, Wednesday all day, Thursday all day and evening, and Friday afternoons.

  • Face-to face consultation slots are very limited as I do most of my work online, but I am currently seeing some clients from Shipston Therapy Centre. Please do ask me if you have a preference to see me there.

  • Yes, absolutely. Whilst most of Gut Reaction’s clients are based in Warwickshire, around the Cotswolds, Berkshire or Surrey, I now work remotely with people across the UK, Europe and Australia.

  • Programmes are available from £345.

For more information, please see my programme pages or talk to me to discuss your needs as support can be tailored.

Complimentary 20-minute enquiry calls are available. These are recommended and part of our journey. Please contact me to book yours.

  • A nutrition programme may sound like a big investment in yourself, but what you will learn is both life-changing and will last a life time. Being proactive around your relationship with food, health and wellbeing may even save you money in the long-run.

Please talk to me as we can also work out a monthly payment plan to help make things more manageable.

  • I provide invoices and payments are usually made via bank transfer ahead of consultations. Payment plans are available.

  • This hasn’t happened before (fingers crossed!), but if you committed to a programme and decided not to continue immediately after the initial consultation, then at that point it would be possible to have the remainder of your programme refunded.

  • I don’t work with any specific insurances but if you have an insurance which covers nutritional therapy, I’m happy to work with them. It’s always worth checking.
