Why Food Feels So Complicated (and What You Can Do About It)

A 90-minute workshop for anyone tired of starting again every Monday. No diets, no weighing - just a calmer way forward.

Description

Thinking about food more than you’d like? Feeling on track one day and back to square one the next?

It isn’t a willpower problem. There are good reasons food can take up so much headspace - and understanding them makes it much easier to step out of the cycle.

In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll:

  • Understand why diets and food rules so often backfire

  • Make sense of eating for comfort, stress or to switch off

  • Learn simple ways to tune back into your body’s signals

  • Leave with practical steps you can start straight away - no counting, tracking or cutting things out

This isn’t a diet or weight-loss session. Nobody will be weighed or asked to share anything personal - you’re welcome to just listen.

Led by Sarah Grant, a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and Advanced Practitioner in Nutritional Therapy for Eating Disorders, specialising in binge eating, emotional eating and chronic dieting.

Saturday 23 January 2027, 11am - 12.30pm
