Have years of dieting, or striving to follow advice on the perfect healthy diet, left you unsure about how to eat without overthinking or feeling obsessed about food?
Intuitive Eating is not a trend or another diet - it is a means to reconnect with how we were designed to eat before things got so complicated. It involves being able to trust your body’s signals and make food choices without constant guilt or mental negotiation.
This short quiz is designed to help you explore how intuitive your current relationship with food is, and where a dieting mindset or disordered patterns may be interfering (even if you’re not actively dieting).
It takes around five minutes to complete. Simply choose the responses that best reflect your experience right now. There is no pass or fail, and no judgement - the aim is insight, rather than an assessment.
You will receive a little feedback to help you understand where more care or support could be helpful if you’d like to move towards a calmer, more trusting relationship with food.
The questions are adapted from the Intuitive Eating Scale-2, a well-established research tool developed by psychologist Tracy Tylka and colleagues at Ohio State University.
Your responses are private. I don’t see or store your individual answers or results. If, however, you’d like to talk through what you discover or explore next steps, you are very welcome to get in touch.
