  • Türkiye’s Aegean coast with its sapphire waters, ancient cultural influences, dramatic views and warm and hospitable culture is a place to immerse yourself in vibrant natural beauty, to rest, restore, feel alive and reinvigorated.

    Set in a breath-taking, sweeping bay, with a crystal quartz infused mountainous backdrop, Kalkan is a historic fishing town with an exquisite harbour now bordered with friendly waterfront restaurants and small boutiques. Thriving but unspoilt, you’ll find its winding streets with overhanging balconies and eclectic Ottoman architecture irresistible.

  • Each day of REVIVE & THRIVE builds on the next, creating a nourishing rhythm of movement, reflection, rest and connection.

    Through gentle practices, illuminating workshops and meaningful conversations, you’ll be guided on a journey to support harmony, ease and confidence in your body and in your relationship with food - during the retreat and beyond.

    The chakra system (the body’s major energy map governing the flow of life force) forms the foundation of our retreat programme. Throughout the week, you’ll become familiar with each chakra and learn how to rebalance your energy to promote wellbeing and vitality.

    You’ll have continual access to Emily and Sarah’s kind, friendly support, and receive a beautifully designed printed workbook - your personal companion for the retreat. Inside you’ll find Intuitive Eating and Energy Medicine practices, chakra insights, and journalling space to support your reflections and growth.

    A post-retreat online workshop will be offered four weeks later - a chance to reconnect and sustain your momentum at home.

  • Designed for all abilities, these gentle, restorative practices are a magical union of yoga and energy medicine that teach you how to feel and support the flow of energy, both within and around your body.

    By combining simple movements that help the body to release tension, self-regulate, energise and move with more ease, Energy Medicine Yoga amplifies the benefits of a traditional practice.

    You will also learn to connect with your Chakra energy system to enhance your relaxation, health and happiness. When we work with our chakras we have the ability to release old patterns and stories, leaving us feeling lighter, clearer and with a deeper connection to who we are.

    Restoring your sense of balance and flow, you will find the daily Yoga sessions to be a deeply nourishing experience for mind, body and soul.

  • Illuminating, relaxed and gently transformative, these sessions weave together compassionate, intuitive approaches to eating and self-care.

    You’ll explore how your body’s energy patterns influence both your health and your relationship with food, discover ways to move beyond stress-driven eating, and how to connect with your innate wisdom around food and body.

    Held in a stunning, open air, stone sanctuary, each workshop is an opportunity to gain new knowledge and offers time for reflection and journalling to help you integrate new insights and inspire lasting, nourishing habits.

  • Experience a thoughtful, soulful blend of adventure and relaxation, including:

    • Exploring Patara’s ancient ruins and 12-mile golden beach

    • A private gulet boat trip with swim stops and a natural mud bath

    • Hands-on cookery school making and enjoying delicious, vibrant vegetarian dishes with an award winning Turkish chef

    • A spectacular Turkish meal in the mountains, and village walk

    • Guided meditations, Yoga nidra, breathwork, journalling, and visualisations

    • (You can also book into a local spa/hammam or have reflexology onsite at additional cost). 

  • Enjoy locally sourced, plant-powered Turkish meals, designed to support your energy and wellbeing. Vegans and vegetarians will be well catered for.

    Each year we work with Patara’s chefs who curate a bespoke menu for our group, that includes some traditional dishes handed down through generations.

    Breakfasts are Turkish ‘buffet’ style including salads, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, olives, cheese, breads, tahini, oats, yoghurts and fruits.

  • Stay at Patara Prince, a picturesque, privately owned resort nestled into the hillside overlooking Kalkan Bay, with rustic, natural stone architecture, lush greenery, and character-filled pathways.

    It is far enough from the town to enjoy serenity and peace, but just a 15-minute walk or short boat ride for explorers.

    The vibe is mellow, quirky yet comfortable, intimate yet spacious, with plenty of areas in which to lose yourself and enjoy those much needed quiet moments and ‘you time’.

    You will have full use of the facilities including two salt-water, ocean-view pools, and tennis courts. Your en suite room with a sea view will be situated in the main hotel, furnished in a traditional style.

REVIVE & THRIVE costs

Sunday 20 - Sunday 27 September 2026
Your retreat, including seven night’s accommodation in an en-suite room with a sea view, is £2,200 per person.

An alternative rate is available for those wishing to share a room so please contact us to discuss your preferred room requirements.

A £400 deposit will be required by 30 November 2025 to secure your place. Instalment payments can be agreed to spread out the cost (for example, nine payments of £200), and final payment is due eight weeks prior to the retreat.

Things to know

  • Just 12 places available on a first come, first serve basis. 

  • Terms & Conditions: Please download a copy of our full Terms & Conditions here

  • Dietary requirements: We will cater for food allergies and intolerances. Please advise us of dietary requirements when you book your place.

  • Accessibility: the Patara Prince Resort is set into the hillside of Kalkan Bay which means fabulous views and pretty terraces - and a fair amount of steps which is great for fitness! However, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Lifts are available but wheelchair access will be tricky in places.

  • Pre-retreat information: Ahead of the retreat, we will send you a preliminary health form, guidance on logistics, and suggested things to pack, including a Yoga mat and water bottle. 


Travel

Your flights and transfers are not included.  The nearest airport is Dalaman, for which there are plenty of direct flights from UK airports. Whilst finding a suitable flight is your responsibility, we can make suggestions so please feel free to discuss your options with us. 

By road, the scenic journey to Kalkan from Dalaman is 1hr 30. On request, we can help you arrange a transfer (c. £70 for 1-3 people) or provide details of our recommended travel company. Antalya airport is a 3hr drive from Kalkan and also worth considering (transfer c. £120 for 1-3 people).

Ideally, we recommend arriving before 14:00 on Sunday 20th and departures from 11:00 on Sunday 27th September. Additional nights at Patara Prince can be accommodated if that is helpful to your travel plans.

Sarah Grant and Emily Perrier are two independent practitioners who joined forces in 2019 to create Chakra Wellness, and deliver retreat experiences and events designed to help people reclaim their energy, and revitalise their self-care.
