Nutritional counselling is available for those experiencing binge eating disorder, orthorexia, anorexia, bulimia and other patterns of restrictive, emotional or chaotic eating.
Whether you have a formal diagnosis - or simply know that something isn’t right - my support is tailored to meet you where you are and support your healing, step by step.
I offer a non-judgemental, collaborative space in which to help you create a safe, sustainable foundation of nourishment, reduce distress around food, and gradually work towards more flexibility and trust.
We will work at your pace, co-creating realistic, sustainable changes that support your health, wellbeing and relationship with food. Nutritional counselling is offered on an open-ended rolling monthly basis.
