Private, personalised support
where nutrition meets wellbeing
My core services are designed to address the major areas of concern for my clients:
~ Breaking free from dieting and all-or-nothing cycles around food »
~ Eating disorders or complex disordered eating »
~ Gut and digestive related concerns »
~ Other nutrition-related health concerns »
However, please talk to me to discuss your needs as support is always tailored, placing the emphasis where you need it most.
If you're stuck in the cycle of trying to “be good” with food, only to end up feeling out of control, guilty or disconnected from your body - you're not alone. These programmes are for those who feel worn down by dieting, food rules or all-or-nothing thinking around food, and ready for a more sustainable, compassionate path forward.
You’ll be guided through 7 Dynamics of a Healthy Relationship with Food and Body - a structured yet personalised framework rooted in intuitive eating, body respect and self-care, designed to help you rediscover what it means to eat with more ease, satisfaction and trust.
Together we’ll explore how to let go of the diet mindset and food obsession, and rebuild confidence in your ability to nourish yourself in a way that supports your energy, wellbeing and values - without willpower or rigid plans.
Nutritional counselling is available for those experiencing binge eating disorder, orthorexia, anorexia, bulimia and other patterns of restrictive, emotional or chaotic eating. Whether you have a formal diagnosis - or simply know that something isn’t right - my support is tailored to meet you where you are and support your healing, step by step.
I offer a non-judgemental, collaborative space to help you create a safe, sustainable foundation of nourishment, reduce distress around food, and gradually work towards more flexibility and trust.
We will work at your pace, co-creating realistic, sustainable changes that support your stability, self-awareness and long-term wellbeing. Support is offered on an open-ended rolling monthly basis.
