Reset Your Gut online has launched
Over the last couple of months I have enjoyed working behind the scenes contributing to the development of a new evidence-based, food-first programme to help support gut health.
Reset Your Gut is an online course that takes you on a 4-week journey of gut-loving meal ideas and recipes to help you reset your food habits and improve your gut microbiome through food.
Developed by nutritionists, dieticians, doctors, amazing chefs and scientists using a heavily research and science-based approach, it a brilliant resource for my clients (the recipes are stunners), and supports my philosophy that dietary diversity is key to healthy gut bacteria.
The team are reaching out to doctors in particular to spread the word to their patients about this amazing service, which can be worked through alone or with the help of a qualified nutrition professional, like myself.
